This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Town of Oakville (the “Town”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Contractors for the construction of the  North Park Sports Park Phase 2 and Wallace Park Redevelopment projects as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The intent of this Request for Supplier Qualifications is to establish a prequalified list of contractors to qualify for eligibility to construct the North Park Sports Park Phase 2 and Wallace Park Redevelopment projects. 
 
Only those contractors that successfully prequalify will be permitted to submit responses to the subsequent Requests for Tenders. However, each construction tender is to be awarded to two separate contractors.
 
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $439.90, per bid fee - $132.04).
