* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (hereinafter referred also as the "town") is seeking Negotiated Proposals from experienced and qualified water splash pad equipment manufacturers for the design, supply and installation of water splash components as outlined herein. This equipment is to be installed in Martindale Park. This Negotiated RFP is not intended to create a contract between the town and the successful proponent. The successful proponent shall instead act as a subcontractor to the successful General Contractor under tender RFT-33-2019, which is intended to be released in May 2019. See bid document for further details. |
