ONLINE SUBMISSIONS ONLY The Town of Oakville is seeking to pre-qualify up to Two (2) Applicants to Augment a current existing Vendor of Record Listing of IT Professional Service Vendors for Amanda Enterprise Services Application and Citizen Portal who can be called on to provide expertise and resourcing as and when required and is seeking Proposals from Responsible Applicants that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought. The Town issued RFSQ-3-2021 which resulted in the creation of the Current Vendor of Record list with Three (3) successful prequalified firms. The Original RFSQ provided for the potential of up to Five (5) firms and as such, the town is looking to augment the current Vendor of Record list to add up to Two (2) more firms to fill the list to the noted Five (5). Requirements of the original RFSQ remain same. Those firms who have already prequalified and are on the current Vendor of Record list remain and do not need to submit on this RFSQ. Only those proponents submitting a response to this RFSQ will have the opportunity to qualify to be added to the current Vendor of Record list. |
