* Electronic Submissions Only * The purpose of this Contract is the partial interior renovation of the one-storey By-Law Enforcement Department on the ground floor of Oakville Town Hall. This accommodation project will provide better collaboration between the bylaw enforcement staff. Thirteen (13) old workstations will be replaced by (23) new workstations, applying the proper space adjacency planning, in addition to (3) students’ hoteling stations. Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the following: · A proper size reception area with a new accessible reception counter will be provided for better customer service. · Removal of existing non-load bearing walls. · Provision of new ceilings, new partitions and new flooring finish. · Addition of and revisions to mechanical HVAC and sprinklers. · Some new light fixtures, exit devices and electrical power & data connections. · Digital screens and equipment to be supplied by the Owner and installed by the General Contractor. Note: New system furniture is not part of this contract. |
