This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Town of Oakville to prospective proponents to submit proposals for LEED Commissioning for Downtown Cultural Hub – Library (New Central Library). The project seeks to retain a qualified Commissioning Authority (CxA) to provide commissioning process activities for the design and construction of the New Central Library pursuing all six (6) points under the Enhanced Commissioning credit.
