Existing clay-pipe sanitary line of the clubhouse that runs across the courts will be replaced with PVC pipes. Work also includes site drainage improvements, landscaping improvements of the ‘parkette’ at the corner of Reynolds Street and Sheddon Avenue, etc. As further detailed as part of this Request for Tender.
