* Electronic Submissions Only * The Pine Glen Soccer Facility Parking Lot, last paved in 2001, has exceeded its useful life and requires replacement. This Project includes milling existing asphalt paving and paving new 40 mm compacted depth HL3 asphalt and 80 mm HL8 asphalt ("peel & pave") in most areas of the parking lot. Some damaged concrete curbs will also be replaced. Accessible parking will be adjusted and expanded to meet Oakville Universal Design Standards. The parking lot configuration will largely stay the same, with the exception of a few accessible parking spots and the addition of new speed humps for traffic calming. The tender is only open to the list of prequalified bidders below through RFSQ-8-2025:
