The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as:
The supply and delivery of all labour, equipment, materials and appurtenances required for the
installation and commissioning of Vehicle Hoists at the town’s Central Operations Facility, located
at 1140 South Service Road West.
This project includes, but is not limited to, the following general scope of work:
Remove and replace the front axle travelling lift cylinders for two existing in ground heavy
hoists. Remove and replace one existing two post frame hoist with a four post above ground hoist.
Supply and install one additional four post above ground hoist.  Upgrades to electrical systems,
hydraulic pumping systems, pneumatic equipment and concrete foundations will also be required as
part of the scope of work for this project.

Each tender must be accompanied by a 10% Bid Bond as well as agreement(s) to bond for a 50%
Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Bond. Each must be in an
electronically verifiable/enforceable (e-Bond) format. See document for further details.
