The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for:

Consulting Services to complete a Development Engineering Process Review to clearly define by-laws/procedures/guidelines, streamline internal processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve overall customer experience with defined performance measures. This project includes a review of the DENG and DESP programs, including applicable by-laws, guidelines, rules, processes, resource requirements and governance structure. 

This project is being funded by grant funding and as such, there are specific reports and timelines that must be met by the awarded proponent in order to meet the grant funding requirements.
