* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for goods described as Supply & Delivery of: EXHIBIT A: For One (1) New 1-Ton, CREW CAB, cab/chassis with 9’ aluminum tipping body. Rated 15,000 lbs. GVWR minimum. 4x4. EXHIBIT B: For One (1) New 1-ton Super Duty-rated, Extended cab & chassis, 4x4 ESOF. Single rear wheel (SRW) with aluminum service body. 10,000 # GVWR minimum. EXHIBIT C: For One (1) New Cab over type crew cab/chassis class 5 with forward tilting cab. 4x2 Configuration, with a cube van body. EXHIBIT D: For Up to Two (2) New Cab over type crew cab/chassis class 5 with forward tilting cab. 4x2 Configuration, custom box made aluminum storage box and aluminum dump body. It is the towns intent to award per Exhibit to a single bidder for complete assembled unit(s) for this Tender. Bidder is responsible for complete end to end build including Chassis and body. Body can be subcontracted by bidder, details must be provided in the Subcontractor Form in the online bidding system. Bidders may bid on any or all Exhibits. Bidders are required to submit pricing for all units listed in an Exhibit. Partial bids within an Exhibit will not be considered. Bidders must complete the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) registry Information form in the online bidding system providing Dealership name or Salesperson for your company (who is registered at the time of bid closing). The information provided in the form is the only information that will be used by the town to verify registry.
