* Electronic Submissions Only * The supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to perform LED lighting upgrades at the town’s Central Operations Facility located at 1140 South Service Road West, Oakville, ON. The project includes, but is not limited to; Replacing approximately 162 of the existing metal halide high bay and fluorescent lights with new high bay and other style LED fixtures; Relamping up to 335 fluorescent fixtures with T8 ballast compatible LED lamps; Eliminate some redundant fixtures; and adding or replacing some lighting controls. The successful contractor will be required to provide a Performance Surety of 10% of the total bid amount prior to award. See bid Document for Further Details. This Request for Tender is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. |
