The Town of Oakville, through this Request for Proposal, is seeking a qualified consultant to research and create a five-year Economic Development Strategy. The strategy project will include background research and analysis, stakeholder consultation, and written strategy development to guide Economic Development department priorities and work plans from 2019 - 2024.
