Supply & Delivery of One (1) mail postage machine and One (1) folder / inserter machine for the Town of Oakville as per the specifications included including a five (5) year service and maintenance agreement. The Town of Oakville will only accept proposals from proponents who are either the manufacturer or a certified authorized dealers/distributors of the manufacture of the equipment/products they are proposing. The successful proponent must have the proprietary right or license to use the software provided or imbedded in the hardware being provided. The Town of Oakville will only accept proposals for the postage meter machine from the following Canada Post Approved suppliers and/or their authorized dealers/distributors: - Francotyp Postalia Canada Inc. - Quadient - Pitney Bowes Canada See document for further details. |
