* Electronic Submissions Only * A new cul-de-sac is to be constructed off of Wyecroft Road located approximately 270m South West of Kerr Street to provide a new entry access for 700 and 656 Kerr Street properties. This work is required to facilitate a future grade separation of Kerr Street beneath the Lakeshore Rail Corridor. 700 and 656 Kerr will lose their existing Kerr Street accesses as a result of the future grade separation works along Kerr. In addition to the cul-de-sac entry access construction this work will include new storm drainage from the cul-de-sac out to and along Wyecroft road as well as new street lighting. |
