Consulting services to undertake a complete review into all aspects of Recreation and Culture’s programming and service standards, to undertake related research, and to assist with the development of recommendations on options for a new service delivery model and a high level implementation plan for moving forward.  The project's Final Report shall be due no later than May 31, 2019.  See bid document for further details.
