The Town of Oakville (the town) invites submission described as: This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) in an invitation by the town to prospective respondents to prequalify in accordance with Section 4 Evaluation of Submissions for eligibility to provide construction services as further described in Section 3 Scope of Work / Specification.

Only those respondents that successfully prequalify for this RFSQ-11-2023 process will be permitted to submit on the subsequent second stage Request for Tenders for the Shoreline Rehabilitation Project Construction. 
 
The prequalified list of contractors from this RFSQ-11-2023 process will be in place for a period of three (3) years, 2024 to 2026.  This Request for Supplier Qualifications will be the only opportunity for submission to the prequalified list of contractors for the three (3) year period.
