Real Estate Brokerage Services: A licensed Real Estate Broker in the province of Ontario, with full membership in the Toronto Real Estate Board  or Oakville Real Estate Board membership MLS access is required to handle leasing assignments of Town owned property on as requested. Sub-lease and procurement of space from external landlords may be requested. As part of the brokerage service provided some advisory service as to market rates, and leasing strategies will be required.
