* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville is seeking an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide Inspection and preventive maintenance services for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Equipment at various Town owned/operated facilities, including community centres, fire halls, libraries, and operation depots. The Contractor must possess the qualifications and capabilities necessary to provide reliable, on-going services that will continually meet the standards of service required in the town’s facilities. The contract has an initial term of one (1) year with an option in favour of the Town to renew the contract on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional one-year renewal terms. |
