The Corporation of the Town of Oakville (the town or the Owner) invites tenders for construction services described as: The provision of construction services to undertake repairs on four outfalls along Sixteen Mile Creek, with one of the four sites designated as provisional work. These sites are located within and nearby the Oakville Harbour, a public accessible river-based marina.
 
The scope of work, further described in Section 4 Special Provisions and Section 5 Specifications, includes and is not limited to armour stone placement, channel stabilization, new concrete installations, repairs to existing concrete structures, and sewer lining. Access to the work sites will require the use of a barge.
