Work involves installation of tree protection fencing, removal of existing noise wall, installation of new
noise wall panels and posts and top soil and sod restoration.  The precast sound wall shall be Ground-Mounted NB12 Noise Barrier System by Armtec.  Substitutions will NOT be considered.
