* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville is undertaking the replacement of selected active transportation infrastructure located within the municipal right-of-way. This initiative aims to address infrastructure deficiencies and improve the safety, functionality, and longevity of the Town’s pedestrian network. The scope of work includes but not limited to the removal or partial removal, and replacement of concrete transit pads, new concrete transit pads, and repair of affected concrete sidewalk sections, pedestrian ramps, curbs, multi-use trail segments, and sign relocation. The contract has an initial term of one (1) season from September 29, 2025 to November 15, 2025 with an option in favour of the Town to renew the contract on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional one-season renewal terms, from May 1 to November 15 in the year of 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029. |
