The town is seeking the services of a multi-disciplinary consulting team (consultant) to complete the Health Oriented Mixed Use Node Review. The review is intended to recommend land use designations and policies in the form of an Area-Specific Plan (ASP) for the area known as the Health Oriented Mixed Use Node (HOMUN). The HOMUN is an area located on the north side of Dundas Street West at Third Line. The HOMUN review is a part of the town’s ongoing Official Plan Review.
