The scope of work involves the provision of qualified personnel and associated equipment to assist Oakville Traffic Operations staff on an as required basis with the construction and maintenance of traffic signal systems and
  sub-systems.  Principle activities will include but not be limited to the installation and maintenance of:  underground traffic signal conduit; NEMA traffic controllers and associated components; concrete for pole bases and controller foundations; traffic signal and fibre optic cable in both underground ducts and overhead on existing poles; aluminum traffic and streetlight poles, arms and traffic signal heads; Opticom emergency vehicle  preemption devices; and inductive vehicle detection loops.

The successful Contractor(s) will be required to provide a Performance Security for the duration of the contract.  See bid document for further details.
