* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as: The existing park lot at Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park (2340 Ontario St.) is coming to the end of its life cycle. The Town is looking to redevelop the parking lot with new asphalt, concrete curbs, sidewalks, grading, drainage, line painting etc. Bonding requirements applicable for this Tender. Please refer to this RFT for details. Award is subject to 2024 budget approval. Award of the proposal will be made by the town as soon as possible following budget approvals which are currently scheduled for December 18, 2023. Should Budget not be approved for this work, the town reserves the right to cancel this RFP at their sole discretion. |
