The Town of Oakville requests tenders from experienced contractors for the partial roof replacement with metal roof repairs at the Glen Abbey Community Centre. The scope includes but is not limited to the removal and disposal of all existing sealant, sheet metal flashing & trim, asphalt shingles and underlay and eaves membrane; modified bituminous membrane, overlay board, insulation and vapour retarder, and all items not required to remain for new systems.
