The supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the Fire Station 4 Renovation.  The base scope of work includes a new roof system and exterior fascia panels; renovation of the crew dormitory, common area and kitchen; replacement of the front entrance door and dormitory windows; and minor refresh to the apparatus bay. Additional scope may be considered, including renovation to remaining areas of the station, minor landscape works, and additional door and window replacement.
