The Town of Oakville (the town) invites bids for construction services described as:
The supply and delivery of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to remove and replace all
ceiling gypsum board, vapour barrier and insulation. Remove existing roof shingles and sheathing.
Install new strapping on roof rafters to create air flow space. Install new roof sheathing and
shingle roof system.

Note: Upon award, the successful bidder shall provide a performance surety, in the form of a
Certified Cheque, bank draft, money order or letter of credit payable to the Town of Oakville in
the amount of 10% of the Total Bid Price.
