The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as: 

The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the next two phases of this project, as well as consider one optional item: 

  • Phase 1: First, the build, launch and support of oakville.ca on the new Kentico Xperience CMS platform, referencing the draft prototype and design work package and other requirements, to better meet customer needs and align with the town’s strategic goals (https://www.oakville.ca/townhall/strategic-plan.html).
  • Phase 2: After successful launch of oakville.ca, the town requires the build and migration of five secondary and significantly smaller, public-facing websites, like for like, to the new Kentico platform.
  • Optional Item 1: The configuration of the new virtual servers and the back-end build of Kentico. Optional Item may or may not be selected and added to the award of the Top Ranked Overall Proponent at the sole discretion of the town.
