* Electronic Submissions Only * The Oakville Transit department requires an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide Snow Clearing/Salting for the Oakville Transit Facility (both Vehicle and Pedestrian areas), located at 430 Wyecroft Road for the months of November (Pre-Season), December/January/February/March (Regular Season), and April (Post Season). The successful Contractor must be available 24/7 and shall be able to respond immediately to the facility's automatic "trigger point" of 1 inch snow accumulation (Regular Season months only), as well as on a call-out basis for all months. Upon award, the successful bidder shall provide a performance surety, in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, Money Order or Letter of Credit payable to the Town of Oakville in the amount of $5,000.00.
