* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville is undertaking the replacement of acoustic fence at various locations. This scope includes tree protection, existing noise/acoustic fence removal and disposal , replacement of a new noise/acoustic fence with the same design as the existing one at those identified locations. The contract has an initial term of one (1) season from May 18, 2026 to November 02, 2026 with an option in favour of the Town to renew the contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-season renewal terms, from May 18 to November 2 in the year of 2027 and 2028. |
