This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a qualified Engineering firm to develop retro-commissioning studies at two (2) facilities at the Town of Oakville. The studies will provide staff at the Town with no-cost, low-cost and capital Energy Conservation Measures, as well as actions to take to bring back the buildings to their most efficient performance possible. The implementation of these studies should help the Town close the gap with its 2050 energy conservation and GHG emissions reduction targets.
