* Electronic Submissions Only * This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Oakville (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Daytime Service Provider at Joshua’s Creek Arenas, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Town is looking to maximize weekday daytime use of the recreation facilities at Joshua’s Creek Arenas through partnership with a service provider. Joshua’s Creek Arenas features two NHL-sized arenas, two ice practice pads and generous meeting room and off-ice program space that is available for daytime use. The town is seeking to partner with a provider to maximize use of these facilities, and provide recreation opportunities to residents, in a manner that is in-keeping with our commitment to customer service and high-level of program standards. |
