* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as: The Town of Oakville (the town) is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to provide Inspection and Preventive Maintenance services for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Equipment at various town owned/operated locations. The successful contractor must possess the qualifications and capabilities necessary to provide reliable, on-going services that will continually meet the standards of service required in the town’s facilities. The agreement shall be for a one (1) year period with options to renew annually for up-to four (4) additional one-year periods. |
