ONLINE SUBMISSIONS ONLY The Town intends to create a Roster to retain the services of one or more Professional Mechanical Engineering and Consulting Services for professional engineering and consulting assignments valued at less than $100,000 (excluding HST), on an as and when requested basis. The Roster will be in place for a period of three (3) years. This publicly advertised Request for Supplier Qualification will be the only opportunity for submission to the Roster for the three (3) year period. The typical assignments will consist of upcoming mechanical related projects, such as: replacement and or refurbishment of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment; repairs and or replacement of ductwork systems; repairs to HVAC piping, plumbing and or sanitary systems; feasibility studies; energy audits; and retro-commissioning activities. From 2022 to 2025, there are an estimated 12 separate mechanical projects with a combined total project value of $3.4M. |
