* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville is seeking qualified contractors to provide janitorial building maintenance services at various Oakville municipal locations. The buildings are high profile facilities, with many public areas, and as such, they require a high level of cleanliness. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we live, work, and play. The Town of Oakville’s commitment to serve its residents remains the same, and as such, the facilities must be cleaned to a high quality as the Town has high standards and expectations for the cleaning of its facilities. Further, the successful firm must have the ability geographically to service the account, with supervisors who are able to respond quickly to issues. PERFORMANCE SECURITY (UPON AWARD ONLY): Performance Security in the form of a Bank Draft or Certified Cheque in the amount of one (1) months service cost will be required from the contractor upon award. See bid document for further details (Ref. Section 1, Request for Proposal Process, Item 1.15 Performance Security) ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO NOTE: 1) Bill 7 is applicable to
this contract. Reference Section 4, Item 4.6 Laws/Regulations of this RFP for
