* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as: Replacement of built-up roofs (at the front and rear of the building), and repairs to metal roofs at Joshua’s Creek Arenas (JCA). All built-up roof areas at JCA have exceeded their life cycle and require replacement. Built-up roof areas to be replaced with modified bitumen roofing are Area A (100 sq.ft.), Area C (1,000 sq.ft.), Area F (1,700 sq.ft.), Area G (3,185 sq.ft.), and Area H (1,700 sq.ft). Additionally, various repairs are required for the main metal roof over the arena (Roof D), as well as multiple smaller metal roof areas. Metal roof areas requiring repairs are Roof B (450 sq.ft.), Roof D (54,467 sq.ft.), Roof E (500 sq.ft.), and Roof I (347 sq.ft.). Bonding requirements applicable for this Tender. Please refer to this RFT for details. Mandatory Submission of Manufactures Letter or Certification to verify that your organization is an approved supplier and installer of their product.
