The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as:

The supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to complete the rehabilitation of the Dingle Park Pathway between Reynolds Street and Allan Street, which was damaged by the Lake Ontario high water levels in 2017. See bid document for details.

Each Tender must be accompanied by a 10% Bid Bond as well as Agreement(s) to Bond for 50% Labour and Materials and 100% Performance.
