The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as: 

The Town of Oakville requires contractor(s) to supplement roadway-plowing operations during the winter months. The work entails the continuous availability and supply on demand of Twelve (12) roadway-plowing tractors complete with articulating Front Plows and two (2) qualified operators per tractor plow unit, during the specified winter control season(s). 

A single contractor supplying all twelve (12) tractor plow units with operators or a combination of two (2) contractors, each supplying six (6) tractor plow units each with operators may be considered (reference Item 1.11 Award Process for details).
