The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as:

The development of a Housing Needs Assessment report, Community Improvement Plan Background Study, and Community Improvement Plan, and their associated research, analysis and stakeholder and public engagement processes.  The Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) is required to satisfy requirements of O. Reg. 232/18 in relation to developing Inclusionary Zoning policies and by-law to facilitate the development of affordable housing. The report will also inform updates to official plan policies and definitions, and the development of a Community Improvement Plan (CIP) intended to incentivize affordable housing.
