* Electronic Submissions Only * This RFP is to procure services to print and mail/ or digitally deliver to (channel management) the interim and final property tax bills for the Town. Production occurs twice a year, January and then again in May. The interim billing (January) volumes are approximately 65,000 pieces, printed in simplex mode or digitally produced to PDF for delivery and may or may not have an insert. The Final Property Tax Notice production occurs in May. Volumes are approximately 75,000 mail pieces, printed in duplex mode or digitally produced to PDF for delivery. There are typically one (1) inserts (customer-supplied) delivered with the Final Notice. Services are required for both mailings: a) automated (mechanical folding) and b) non-automated (manual, oversize). Both mailings (applications) are produced on the roll-feed printer. The billing process is extremely time sensitive and the successful Supplier must be very flexible in the timetable that is scheduled. Please note the Town is currently seeking a new property tax software provider in 2021 with expectations of implementation by January 2023. |
