The Town of Oakville (the town), is seeking expressions of interest, (EOI), to develop a seniors oriented housing block (“the property”) within the former Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH) site, located at 327 Reynolds Street, in Oakville, Ontario, having regard for the “Master Plan – former Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital Lands” approved by Council.
