The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as:

The town is seeking a consultant to perform a deep energy retrofit (DER) feasibility study in two corporate facilities: Glen Abbey Community Centre and Iroquois Ridge Community Centre. These studies are aligned with the Town’s efforts to achieve an 80% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2050. The DER feasibility studies will help determine the level of efforts, resources and technologies required to bring both facilities to a low carbon and energy use performance, based on three scenarios – 50% reductions, 80% reductions and Net Zero carbon as compared to a 2015 baseline.
