* Electronic Submissions Only * Replace the existing central emergency battery system and distribution panel for the emergency lighting with two new mini inverter interruptible power supplies. One unit is to have an output of 300 Watts for 30 minutes minimum and be connected to provide power at all times to the exit sign circuits. The second unit is to have an output of 1440 Watts for 30 minutes minimum and be connected to provide power to the emergency lights only upon failure or interruption of the monitored AC utility lines. The new units are to be placed in the basement main electrical room and connect to the existing power supply and branch circuits. Replace the existing incandescent emergency light fixtures throughout the building with new fixtures complete with 120 Volt AC LED light sources.
