* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as: Consulting Services to conduct a phased (Phase 1 in 2022 and Phase 2 in 2023) approach GIS based tree inventory with condition rating which will include 170,000 trees on public streets, active parks and town facilities. There are Two (2) Phases for this contract. Phase 1 for work to be completed in 2022. Phase 2 is for work to be completed in 2023. Pricing must be submitted for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 to submit on this RFP. Pricing for both Phases will be used in the evaluation pricing component. Phase 1 award (work for 2022) will be awarded as soon as possible. Phase 2 award (work for 2023) will be pending 2023 budget approvals (to be awarded in 2023). Proponents must hold their submitted pricing for this Phase. |
