* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as: The supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to; reduce sidewalk discontinuities by cutting or grinding edges of sidewalk bays that create a step formation at joints or cracks in the surface of the sidewalk, provide quality workmanship and ensure safe pedestrian traffic during work operations and upon its completion. Sidewalk discontinuities of 20mm and greater are to be repaired as per Ontario Minimum Contract term is for one (1) seasonal year, being approximately June 1, 2018 to October 31, 2018, with the option to renew in One (1) year increments up to a maximum of two (2) year additional summer seasons thereafter. (This Request for Tender is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.) |
