The supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to recover existing 4-ply BUR and 2-ply modified bitumen roofs with new protection board and 2-ply modified bitumen membrane (pool roof recover not included in this contract). Total area of roof recover is approximately 3,300 m2.  There are also some minor roof repairs to the pool roof to be completed.
