ONLINE SUBMISSIONS ONLY The Property (233 Cross Avenue, 546 and 548 Trafalgar Road) is located along the northwest corner of the Trafalgar Road and Cross Avenue intersection in the Town of Oakville, Ontario. The Property is bound by Oak-Land Ford service auto repair shop and an Esso Circle K gas station (followed by Argus Road) to the north, Trafalgar Road (followed by commercial properties) to the east, Cross Avenue (followed by commercial and community properties) to the south and commercial properties to the west. The Property includes three (3) separate buildings. One building at 546 Trafalgar (former Taco Bell).One building at 233 Cross Avenue which is a multi-tenant commercial building and one building at 548 Trafalgar Road, (currently Gazebo Burger). The Town of Oakville is seeking to prequalify Contractors to be able to bid on the complete demolition work of the property and all associated works as will be indicated in the tender documents. |
