* Electronic Submissions Only * The supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to replace the light fixtures in the common areas (hallways, stairwells, atriums, etc.) of the Town Hall facility with new LED fixtures or retrofit kits. Project will include dimming, daylight harvesting, and other controls in specific areas. Town Hall is located at 1225 Traflagr Road, Oakville, Ontario. The successful contractor will be required to provide a Performance Surety of 10% of the total bid amount prior to award. See bid document for further details. |
