The Town of Oakville invites bids for construction services for 1071 North Service Road East Facility Siding Repair. The Town recently acquired 1071 North Service Road East and is currently working on interior and exterior improvements. Due to damages sustained prior to the ownership, we require the bottom 84”-105” of the exterior siding to be replaced. The replacement will also require cleaning located within the existing walls of any rust/debris, including existing girts, channels, plates, angles or similar.
