The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as:
The provision of a professional grade commercial off the shelf web-based solution to record and report on driver duty hours in order to comply with ONTARIO HIGHWAY TRAFFIC ACT, REGULATION 555/06:
HOURS OF SERVICE. Proposed solution shall include the initial purchase, implementation, training, maintenance, and shall be based on an esti  ate of approximately 100 users/drivers per year for an initial three (3) year agreement.
